The service was exceptional, with friendly and warm staff who made us feel right at home. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant exude a delightful vibe that instantly lifts the spirit. We indulged in Mfaraket Batata (egg and cheese), creamy hummus, and the diverse mixed meat family platter. Each egg was perfectly cooked and harmonized beautifully with the bread. The centerpiece, the mixed meat, was incredibly tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, all perfectly seasoned. We can't wait to return for another wonderful experience! We returned for another lunch date, and the moment I opened the door, I could smell the delicious aromas. The food was served fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious.

I had a great experience at Sayad Mediterranean Kitchen. We ordered the seafood mixed grill, koftah, and shish tawook—everything was flavorful, well-seasoned, and grilled perfectly. The portions were generous, definitely enough to share, and the presentation was great. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, with a cozy ambiance that fits the Mediterranean vibe. Service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Prices are on the higher side, especially for the seafood dishes, but the quality and portion sizes make it worthwhile. If you’re craving authentic Mediterranean flavors—especially fresh seafood and classic dishes like hummus, falafel, and kunafa—this is a spot worth visiting. Would definitely return!

Outstanding experience at Sayad, one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Houston. The service was outstanding, fast and courteous. The owner visited the tables few times. The food was super flavorful and filling. We ordered the veggie sampler, fried calamari and fattoush salad with on site baked bread, all great. We then ordered the grilled sea bass along with tehina casserole and sayadeyah rice. Also ordered the ouzi clay pot (mandi), both were exceptionally delicious, just like home. Highly recommended

The food was excellent. The sayadieh was flavorful and perfectly seasoned, with tender fish and great toppings. The crispy basa fillet was fresh, crunchy, and not greasy at all. Everything tasted homemade and well prepared.

Absolutely loved dining at Sayed Mediterranean Kitchen! I love coming to this place for family gatherings because we can sit and visit. Houston is so hot and humid and there are no other lakes, waterfalls or places that we can sit outside and picnic for much of the year. The food here is amazing and the presentation is great. They don’t trust you to get out of the place. We can celebrate birthday parties in graduation for year at ease. I highly recommend the kebabs in the family platters.
